Questions about business models

1) How does the other topic such as customer partners effect value configurition ?

I wonder this because I didn’t understand what value configaration means.

2) I also didn’t understand  what finance part means and how does it used in business configuration.

3) since all of the parts of the business model is connected this means that they all have to work together. How does that possible if they have a deparment on top of them . If they does have deparment how does that work and what does it called?
